Follow Up After the Fair

Within a few days of the fair, send a thank you note to each recruiter with whom you talked – especially if you are considering future opportunities with the organization.

• Communicate your continued interest in the organization/position.
• If possible, mention something specific about the organization/position that is of interest to you.
