MED SCHOOL DAY
October 16, 2008

We are pleased that you are considering Penn State for your 2008-09 recruiting year.

The registration fee is as follows:

$95 - includes one representative
$25 - each additional representative

The schedule for the day is:

1:00-3:00 PM - Arrival, Set-up, and Lunch
3:00-6:00 PM - Career Fair
6:00-7:00 PM - Tear-down and Clean-up

A $10 meal card for the HUB eateries will be included in your registration packet. This can be used during the event day.

These target dates will provide your school the following:

SEPTEMBER 1 - Students can view your information on our website.

SEPTEMBER 22- Your school name and information will be sent to the printer for the student directory, which is distributed to all students attending the fair. If you choose to sponsor an ad, please submit it prior to this date.
